We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a solid background in online trading, forex, or CFDs, and a deep understanding of the Kuwaiti financial landscape. This role requires an Arabic speaker with strong local market knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the growth of our client base and brand awareness in Kuwait.
• Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies.
• Build relationships with local affiliates, IBs, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory standards.
• Represent the company at local events, expos, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Build and manage local team members.
• Monitor local office performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience in the forex, CFDs, or financial services industry.
• With existing portfolio of clients and partners.
• Deep knowledge of the Kuwaiti financial market and trading regulations.
• Strong sales, marketing, and team leadership background.
• Client relationship management and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
