• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in financial services, CFD, or Forex trading.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, landing pages, and digital campaign creatives.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Experience using AI design tools such as Midjourney, or DALL·E.

• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and conversion-focused layouts.

• Video editing and motion graphics skills are highly desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop UX/UI layouts for websites, dashboards, and landing pages.

• Create high-quality graphics and banners for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

• Build and refine responsive landing pages optimized for conversions.

• Design marketing and product visuals consistent with brand guidelines.

• Produce and edit short-form and promotional videos for campaigns and product launches.

• Use AI design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or ChatGPT to enhance creative output.

• Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

• Stay updated on design trends in financial services, CFD, and Forex trading industries.

Compensation:

•Salary: ₹60,000 per month

•Review: Performance-based salary revision after 6 months
