Sky Links Capital Limited (“Sky Links”) is a company registered in Mauritius and is duly licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission as Investment Dealer (Full-Service – Excluding Underwriting).

What is Personal Data?

Collecting information relating to individuals
We will use your personal data for the performance of our contract with you, to provide you with our services as Investment Dealer (Full-Service – Excluding Underwriting), to administer your investments and our business, to respond to any requests from you about services we provide and to process complaints. We will also use your personal data to manage your account, perform statistical analysis on the data we collect, for financial planning and business forecasting purposes and to develop new and market existing products and services. We collect information relating to the contact details and organisational roles of our clients, suppliers and other business contacts. The information will relate to basic information of the person such as names, addresses (whether residential or business), mobile or telephone numbers, e-mail addresses (whether personal or work) and job designations. Transfer of information outside Mauritius
We may transfer your data to third parties based outside of Mauritius Area. This is necessary for the purposes of administering our business and/or managing your investments.
